Data/Business Analyst - TS/SCI w/ Poly

We are seeking a versatile and curious data professional to join our team. This role supports a wide range of analytics initiatives, from developing dashboards and reports to conducting data analysis, engaging stakeholders, and contributing to data-driven decision making across the organization., * Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that communicate actionable insights.

• Analyze business processes, operational data, and performance metrics to support organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate those needs into analytical solutions.
• Support the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines and data integration processes.
• Perform data validation, quality assurance, and troubleshooting activities.
• Contribute to data modernization efforts, including cloud-based analytics and reporting solutions.
• Document business requirements, analytical methodologies, and technical processes.
• Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.

Do you have experience in Technical solutions implementation?, * Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, business analytics, analytics engineering, or a related field.

• Experience developing reports, dashboards, or data visualizations using modern analytics tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms and cloud-based analytics services.
• Experience with data engineering concepts, ETL/ELT processes, or data pipeline development.
• Experience with application development or software engineering practices.
• Familiarity with Python, or other data-focused programming languages.
• Experience with modern BI and visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
