Job description

  • Administer and optimize Yardi and RealPage systems, including user access, role permissions, property setup, and HelpDesk support for property management, accounting, and asset management teams.
  • Deliver systems training, onboarding, and user support for onsite teams, ensuring adoption of property management software, best practices, and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze real estate data, financial reports, occupancy trends, and rental performance to support strategic decision-making and portfolio performance.
  • Develop and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and workflows using Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) to improve data accuracy and business intelligence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline property management operations, system integrations, and process improvements across multifamily assets., Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment, in accordance with the local county Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Yardi?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * 3+ years of recent experience with Yardi and RealPage, or property management software systems within multifamily real estate or property management environments.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, database management, and system administration, with excellent communication skills and ability to travel locally as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field with relevant technical and real estate systems knowledge preferred.
