Job description

The Hospital Industry Data Institute (HIDI), the data company of the Missouri Hospital Association (MHA), is seeking a Director of Digital Workplace and Technology Services to be responsible for the leadership, strategy, delivery and continuous improvement of IT services and end-user technology experiences across the organization. This role oversees IT service delivery, service management and digital workplace platforms to ensure reliable, secure and user-centered technology that supports staff productivity and organizational effectiveness. This role places a strong emphasis on enhancing the digital workplace by driving adoption, improving usability and ensuring that technological investments result in measurable improvements in how staff collaborate and perform their work., * This position will be in office. Will you be able to reliably commute to our office location in Jefferson City on a daily basis?

Requirements

Do you have experience in WAN?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, or equivalent training and experience, with three to five years of experience working in a related setting. The ideal candidate communicates effectively with technical and administrative stakeholders and has working knowledge of LAN/WAN, internet and email systems, telecommunications and data communications, plus standard operating systems and software utilities. Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills are required to identify issues, evaluate options and recommend corrective actions. Candidates should understand management operations and hospital/healthcare data processing needs and be willing to work occasional long or irregular hours and travel as needed., * Bachelor’s (Preferred), * data processing and systems: 3 years (Required)
