Job description

We are hiring a Maximo Administrator for a long-term contract opportunity supporting a large-scale airport technology environment. This role is responsible for the administration, configuration, and operational support of the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platform, IBM Maximo. The ideal candidate will support asset lifecycle management, work order processing, inventory tracking, preventive maintenance activities, and system integrations while serving as the primary technical and functional resource for Maximo-related operations., * Administer and support the IBM Maximo platform, including system configuration and functional setup.

  • Manage user accounts, security groups, roles, workflows, and access permissions.
  • Support core Maximo modules, including Assets, Work Orders, Locations, Inventory, Preventive Maintenance, and Reporting.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and operational metrics.
  • Perform routine system monitoring, maintenance, and application-level troubleshooting.
  • Support integrations between Maximo and other enterprise systems, including financial, GIS, procurement, inventory, and data platforms.
  • Coordinate system upgrades, patches, configuration changes, and enhancements in accordance with change management procedures.
  • Support data imports, updates, validation, and integrity checks for assets, locations, work orders, and maintenance records.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and improve workflows and operational processes.
  • Maintain system documentation, configuration records, operational procedures, and architecture diagrams.
  • Support reporting, data analysis, and troubleshooting related to Maximo operations and usage.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for issue resolution, enhancements, and ongoing support.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical documentation?, * 3-5 years of experience administering or supporting IBM Maximo or similar Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platforms.

  • Strong understanding of Maximo configuration, workflows, security groups, and core functional modules.
  • Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis techniques.
  • Experience supporting work order management, preventive maintenance, asset lifecycle management, and inventory control processes.
  • Familiarity with enterprise integrations, interfaces, and data exchange mechanisms.
  • Experience working in asset-intensive environments such as airports, transportation, utilities, manufacturing, or public sector organizations is preferred.
  • Ability to troubleshoot application, configuration, and user-related issues.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • IBM Maximo certifications or related training are preferred.
