Job description

In this role, you’ll collaborate with a diverse engineering team to build, enhance, and optimize software used to monitor and test aircraft systems. Work includes translating customer requirements, supporting system integration, and resolving software issues to ensure reliability, safety, and mission readiness. This role is fully onsite and requires and active secret clearance., * Software model development - Design, develop, test, and maintain system and subsystem engineering models.

Lifecycle engineering - Support full lifecycle development using JIRA for requirements, tracking, and workflow.
Requirements analysis - Review, analyze, and translate customer requirements and technical specifications.
Flight software development - Develop and deploy operational flight software for system monitoring and testing.
System integration - Enhance and optimize system and subsystem components for integration activities.
Debugging & troubleshooting - Serve as a technical resource for resolving software issues.
Compliance & standards - Ensure all software meets industry, customer, and safety standards.

Requirements

5-7 Years of Experience
C programming and/or ADA proficiency.
Embedded software design experience (preferred).
Experience with JIRA.
Active Secret Clearance required to start.

Salary Range: $120,000-$170,000 depending on experience
