Senior Full-Stack Platform Engineer

We are hiring a Senior Full-Stack Platform Engineer to help build and maintain our JavaScript-based applications, AWS serverless systems, integrations, internal tools, and AI-assisted automation processes.

This role will work across frontend, backend, APIs, AWS services, integrations, documentation, and version control. The ideal candidate has strong JavaScript experience, strong API/integration experience, and hands-on AWS experience., * Develop and maintain JavaScript-based applications, APIs, and serverless services.

• Build and support AWS-based services and integrations.
• Maintain and improve third-party API workflows, webhooks, and data flows.
• Debug production issues across application code, AWS, APIs, and data flows.
• Build internal tools and automations to reduce manual work.
• Use AI-assisted workflows where useful, with a focus on cost and token efficiency.
• Document technical decisions, troubleshooting steps, and implementation details.
• Use Git-based version control for collaboration.

Do you have experience in Version control systems?, * 5+ years of software engineering experience.

• Strong JavaScript experience.
• Strong experience with APIs, integrations, webhooks, and third-party systems.
• Hands-on AWS experience.
• Experience debugging production systems.
• Experience with Git-based version control.
• Strong technical writing and documentation ability.

Bonus Points If

• Experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
• Salesforce integration experience.
• Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools.
• Experience with Bitbucket.
• Tax industry or tax software experience.
• Serverless or event-driven architecture experience.
• Internal tooling or automation experience.
• AI API or AI workflow experience.
• Experience optimizing AI workflows for cost, latency, reliability, and token usage.
