Job description
We are seeking a motivated and technically minded professional to support ShareCRM implementation projects and help clients succeed with our platform. This role is well-suited for candidates who bring a strong technical foundation and a hands-on problem-solving mindset.
Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation Phase
- Support end-to-end implementation projects, from kickoff to go-live
- Assist in discovery sessions to understand client business processes and requirements
- Help develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate with technical teams on configuration, customization, and data migration tasks
- Prepare and deliver training sessions for client teams
- Create implementation documentation, user guides, and training materials
- Participate in system testing and validation activities
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical troubleshooting support?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * 1-2 years of experience in software implementation, project coordination, or related roles; Master’s graduates with relevant internship or hands-on project experience are welcome to apply
- Hands-on technical background required - proficiency in programming or AI-assisted coding (vibe coding); comfortable digging into technical details and troubleshooting independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a technical discipline required; Master’s degree preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; proven ability to work autonomously and stay on track without day-to-day supervision in a fully remote environment
- Strong self-learning ability and intellectual curiosity - able to independently research unfamiliar domains, dig deep into complex problems, and ramp up quickly on new technology
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities without losing attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - proactive in sharing updates, flagging blockers, and maintaining visibility across a distributed team
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
- Professional working proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese required - ability to communicate clearly with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders in both languages
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies

Pay: $82,204.79 - $98,999.31 per year
