You ll also manage schedules, risks, dependencies, and follow-through across engineering and leadership stakeholders. • Build schedules, lead follow-up meetings, track actions, and manage risks to ensure timely deliverables
• Coordinate across technical, operational, and leadership teams to maintain alignment and momentum
• Facilitate planning sessions, workshops, and leadership reviews with well-prepared materials and action tracking
• Provide leadership visibility into status, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for decision-making
• Create and refine executive presentations, reports, dashboards, and briefing materials
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve productivity in reporting and presentation development
• Apply a Kaizen/continuous improvement mindset to optimize workflows and stakeholder engagement, * This role supports executive storytelling and governance/planning activities within a Cybersecurity, Systems & Resilience organization.
• You ll be expected to pivot quickly as priorities evolve while maintaining high-quality deliverables.

Do you have a valid Certified Project Manager certification?, Do you have experience in Technical writing?, * Proven experience building executive-ready communications from technical content

• Strong program/project coordination experience across multiple stakeholder groups
• Comfort partnering directly with engineers, cybersecurity teams, and leadership
• A self-starter mentality with the ability to operate with minimal direction
• A continuous improvement mindset (Lean/Agile/Kaizen), * 4 10 years in program management, executive support, strategy/consulting, business operations, or related roles
• Experience creating executive-level presentations and briefing materials
• Advanced PowerPoint and presentation development skills
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication
• Ability to synthesize complex technical/operational information quickly
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Relationship-building and collaboration across all levels

Other Skills:

• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity/presentation tools
• Experience with Lean, Agile, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies
• Project management certification or related training
