SAP BDC / SAP DataSphere Consultant

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a SAP BDC / SAP DataSphere Consultant on behalf of our client in New York City, NY. This role is ideal for a senior SAP professional with deep expertise in SAP data migration, cloud-based data warehousing, and enterprise analytics. The successful candidate will lead critical data transformation initiatives, design scalable data solutions, and collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes., Lead end-to-end SAP data migration initiatives using SAP BDC methodologies. Design, develop, and optimize BDC programs for high-volume data conversion and legacy system migrations. Architect and implement data models, integration pipelines, and virtualization solutions within SAP DataSphere. Develop dashboards, analytical stories, and reporting solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance across migration and analytics platforms. Provide technical leadership, best practices, and guidance throughout project lifecycles. Support testing, validation, deployment, and post-implementation activities.

10+ years of hands-on SAP technical development experience. Expert-level knowledge of SAP BDC, including Call Transaction and Session Method processing. Strong ABAP development experience supporting data migration and conversion projects. Hands-on experience with SAP DataSphere, including data modeling, integration, and cloud data warehousing. Experience developing reporting and analytics solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture and SAP ecosystem technologies. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration or transformation programs. Knowledge of SAP BW/BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, or related data warehousing technologies. Experience leading large-scale enterprise data modernization initiatives. Prior experience working with executive stakeholders and business leadership teams.
