Computer Systems Engineers / Architects

DUTIES: Design and develop solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. Perform systems management and integration functions. Architect, design, develop, and implement efficient information systems and/or operations systems in support of core enterprise functions. Understand business requirements, study existing application landscape, and identify redundant/ineffective systems. Conceptualize technical solutions to complex problems and maximize benefit of IT systems investment. Work closely with clients to gain organizational commitment for all systems and software plans, as well as evaluate and guide the selection of technologies required to complete those plans. Coordinate with offshore development team(s) to identify priorities and update scope and delivery schedule, create data migration/system integration strategies, and monitor system performance to detect and resolve problems during deployment and support change management. Document design specifications, installation instructions, and other system-related information. Verify stability, portability, security, or scalability of system architecture and provide technical guidance or support for the development or troubleshooting of systems.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, MIS, CIS, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration or related field. 2 years of experience in job offered or in related occupations of Senior Specialist-Package Implementation, Specialist-Package Implementation, Senior Systems Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, CSA-Baan V, Business Manager, Associate Project Manager, Systems Engineer, Programmer Analyst or Software Developer Applications. Duties entail work with Jira, Confluence, Rally, Power BI, QlikView, MIS, HPSM, Remedy.
