Job description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Financial Systems to lead and deliver complex IT and Finance-related projects across the enterprise. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while effectively managing risks, stakeholders, resources, and project communications., * Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Lead project execution and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, project sponsors, and cross-functional teams.
- Provide regular project updates and communicate risks, issues, and progress to leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage project resources effectively to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards and processes.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget through proper documentation and approvals.
- Oversee project closure activities and ensure successful completion of all deliverables.
- Foster collaboration and support team members throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Writing skills?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, experience managing financial systems projects, and expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Experience with Planview and enterprise project management tools is highly preferred., Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 10 years of Project Management experience.
- Experience managing Finance Systems projects.
- Experience completing at least five full project life cycles, preferably within multinational organizations.
- Strong knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with enterprise project planning and management tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively.
