Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer who combines strong technical skills, hands-on coding expertise, and product ownership to assist with the development of an Agentic AI Metahuman platform deployed in secure, public-sector environments.

This role is ideal for someone who can drive product vision, manage a small team of engineers, and contribute directly to production code across backend, frontend, and infrastructure. You will work closely with product, security, and stakeholders to deliver compliant, scalable, and mission-critical AI systems.

Responsibilities Technical Skills & Hands-On Development

• Contribute to the architecture, design, and implementation of an Agentic AI Metahuman system

• Contribute hands-on code across:
• Backend: NestJS (TypeScript)
• Frontend: Next.js (TypeScript), React
• Infrastructure: Terraform on Google Cloud
• Oversee and evolve agentic workflows and orchestration using n8n
• Ensure high standards for code quality, testing, observability, and performance , * Make pragmatic technical decisions balancing speed, quality, and compliance

AI / ML & Agentic Systems

• Design and implement practical AI/ML solutions (LLMs, agents, embeddings, tool use, RAG, etc.)

• Guide best practices for agent autonomy, reliability, safety, and monitoring
• Collaborate on prompt engineering, agent evaluation, and iterative improvement
• Translate AI capabilities into real-world, production-ready systems

Team Management & Execution

• Run Agile/Scrum ceremonies (planning, standups, retrospectives)
• Assign work, unblock engineers, and ensure steady delivery
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement

Product Ownership & Delivery

• Help define and refine product requirements and technical specifications
• Help translate product vision into roadmaps, milestones, and execution plans
• Maintain delivery artifacts such as:
• Sprint plans and reports
• Architecture and design documentation
• Production readiness and post-release reports
• Track progress and communicate clearly with stakeholders

Security, Compliance & Public Sector Readiness

• Ensure systems meet public sector security and compliance requirements
• Contribute to and maintain compliance with:
• FedRAMP
• SOC 2
• Partner with security teams on:
• Identity and access management
• Data protection and encryption
• Audit readiness and documentation
• Build systems with security-by-design principles

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience

• 2+ years in a technical or engineering management role , * Active CBP (Customs and Border Protection) Security Clearance Required

• Strong hands-on experience with:
• TypeScript
• NestJS
• Next.js
• Experience designing and deploying systems on Google Cloud Platform
• Infrastructure-as-Code experience using Terraform
• Proven experience building production AI/ML systems

• Experience with agentic AI, workflow orchestration, or automation platforms (n8n or similar)

• Strong background in:
• Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Requirements creation and backlog management
• Delivery tracking and milestone management
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, * Experience working on public sector or government contracts
• Direct experience with FedRAMP and/or SOC 2 compliance
• Familiarity with secure cloud architectures and zero-trust principles
• Experience integrating AI systems into regulated environments
• Prior experience leading AI-first or platform teams
