Job description

We are seeking an experienced AODB & Common Use Systems Engineer to support Airport Operational Database (AODB), Common Use Passenger Processing Systems (CUPPS), and Common Use Terminal Equipment (CUTE) environments. This role is responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and reliability of mission-critical airport systems that support airline operations, passenger processing, and real-time operational platforms., * Administer and support AODB and Common Use systems

  • Monitor system performance, interfaces, and data feeds to ensure operational continuity
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for airline operations and passenger processing issues
  • Manage airline configurations, gate assignments, and counter allocations
  • Support integrations with airline systems, FIDS, BHS, security, billing, and analytics platforms
  • Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution
  • Collaborate with airlines, airport operations teams, vendors, and IT stakeholders
  • Support onboarding of new airlines and operational services
  • Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities
  • Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
  • Participate in system migration and modernization initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with operational and change management standards

Requirements

Do you have experience in Systems integration?, * 3-5 years of experience supporting airport operational systems or airline-facing applications

  • Hands-on experience with AODB, CUPPS, CUTE, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of airline operations, flight scheduling, gate and counter management, and passenger workflows
  • Experience supporting mission-critical systems in a 24x7 environment
  • Knowledge of system integrations, interfaces, and real-time data flows
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and incident management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, * Experience with Amadeus AODB, EASE 5, or similar platforms
  • Experience working directly with airlines and airport operations teams
  • Familiarity with FIDS, BHS, airport billing systems, and analytics tools
  • Understanding of ITIL processes, change management, and service management practices
  • Experience supporting airport technology modernization initiatives, * Aviation/airport systems environment
  • High-availability, mission-critical systems support
  • Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams required
