Python Technical Lead - DevOps

The Technical Lead for DevOps Solutions at HCL will be responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation of DevOps practices, Python development, and version control using GitHub. The role involves leading a team to ensure efficient software development, deployment, and automation processes., 1. Lead the implementation and optimization of devops practices within the organization

1. Develop and maintain python scripts for automation and integration purposes
2. Manage version control systems, particularly github, for tracking changes and collaboration
3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance the software development lifecycle
4. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
5. Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize processes

Do you have experience in Version control systems?, 1. Proficiency in implementing and managing devops solutions

1. Strong programming skills in python for developing automation scripts
2. In-depth knowledge of version control systems, specifically github
3. Experience with containerization technologies like docker and kubernetes
4. Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (ci/cd) pipelines
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
6. Strong communication and leadership skills, 1.DevOps certification (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Docker Certified Associate) would be a plus
