Job description
Design and develop custom solutions within the ServiceNow environment, heavily utilizing ServiceNow Flow Design, transform maps, and system integrations. Build and maintain complex third-party vendor integrations, such as configuring Zoom admin alerts and automating incident ticket generation directly from production vendor emails. Troubleshoot data loads and backend connections by leveraging AWS infrastructure, including retrieving data from S3 buckets, managing connections via net servers, and tracking midserver logs. Write and deploy functional scripts using JavaScript as the primary coding language within a ServiceNow personal IDE environment. Diagnose deep technical issues, build effective workarounds, and clearly communicate the “how and why” behind specific development choices to prevent system errors.
Requirements
Do you have experience in ServiceNow?, Extensive Hands-On Experience: Must possess deep, practical experience as a ServiceNow Developer, rather than surface-level knowledge or project management coordination. Scripting Proficiency: Strong hands-on coding skills in JavaScript are mandatory. Certifications: A ServiceNow Developer Certification is expected as a baseline of platform knowledge. Additionally, an AWS Solution Architect Certificate is highly encouraged to assist with infrastructure troubleshooting.
Interview Preparedness: Must be able to pass an in-person, deep-dive interview focusing on actual workarounds and development implementations.
