Job description

TEKsystems is searching for Atlassian Sr Developer to join a partner’s team. This role will be 100% remote with 25% travel.

Configure and customize Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management products. Design custom workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet specific customer requirements. Automate and extend Jira/Confluence functionality using scripting and APIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical personnel, to elicit and decipher requirements. Use coding skills such as JQL, SQL, HTML, and JavaScript to build custom products. Provide guidance on best practices for SAFe, Agile, and other Jira methodologies. Support the iterative evolution of products through collaboration and troubleshooting. Manage workflows and asset management using Jira Service Management. Stay current with advancements in Atlassian products and technologies.

Requirements

Experience: 5+ years of experience in setting up and supporting Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).

Technical Skills: Certified Atlassian Developer. Extensive knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management. Advanced SQL and JQL query experience. Experience with REST APIs, Git, and branching models. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Front-end development experience (JavaScript, Angular, HTML, CSS, Restful APIs, and Java).
