Job description

  • Serve as a Solution Architect and technical SME supporting enterprise IT and AI-enabled initiatives.
  • Design, document, and deliver solution architectures aligned with federal IT standards and Treasury requirements.
  • Support system integration efforts across enterprise platforms, SaaS solutions, and internal applications.
  • Lead and participate in architecture reviews, technical design sessions, and SDLC governance activities.
  • Apply foundational LLM tools and AI-assisted workflows to generate technical artifacts and accelerate delivery.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and technical meetings with government stakeholders.
  • Support Tier 2 / Tier 3 service desk operations, troubleshooting complex system issues.
  • Configure and provision enterprise SaaS platforms and integrate them into existing environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Ticketing system technical support?, We are seeking a mid-level AI Solutions Architect / Systems Integration SME to support a high-priority initiative for our federal client. This role will operate in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment, requiring both strong technical depth and the ability to collaborate across stakeholders., * Eligibility for or possession of a Public Trust clearance (Treasury preferred).

  • Experience working in a government or federal shared services environment.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and governance processes.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Software development and architecture reviews
  • Modern development tools (e.g., GitHub, VS Code)
  • Cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)
  • CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Experience leveraging LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) for:
  • Generating technical documentation
  • Supporting coding workflows
  • Producing government-ready deliverables
  • Experience with ServiceNow (administration, configuration, or integration).
  • Background in enterprise SaaS provisioning and configuration.
  • Experience supporting service desk operations (Tier 2 or Tier 3).
  • Strong skills in:
  • Requirements analysis and documentation
  • Meeting facilitation and stakeholder engagement
  • Technical writing for government audiences, * Prior experience supporting the U.S. Department of Treasury or similar federal agencies.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML solution architecture and integrating AI into enterprise workflows.
  • Experience working on high-visibility, executive-level IT initiatives.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-tempo, evolving project environment.
