Estimator (Remote)

• Prepare comprehensive construction estimates by analyzing project plans, specifications, and scope of work using industry-standard tools such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors through negotiation to develop accurate pricing strategies that align with project budgets and timelines.
• Conduct detailed cost analysis and implement cost control measures throughout the estimating process to maximize profitability.
• Assist in bid submission processes by preparing detailed proposals that reflect precise pricing and scope of work.
• Support project management teams by providing accurate estimates that facilitate smooth project planning and execution.

• Large project experience.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across remote teams.
