End user support analyst

• As part of the sales support team, you will be responsible for responding to review, research and establish Sales Acct & NASP requests using the data and tools provided.
• Assist with CLE review, updated and duplicate cleanups to ensure CLE are unique per customer
• Review requirements, Test and accept new GCH application functionality
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email as necessary.

Do you have experience in System testing?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Strong Skill to be able to manually review data in multiple sources and make connections between them

• Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets usage for data analysis
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to Quickly learn new tools and work in a team
• Ability to work under tight timelines and meet or beat sla’s
• Ability to support system testing evening/weekends as required

$15 - $18 an hour - Contract
