Job description
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand client data landscapes, pain points, and success criteria.
- Design Snowflake-centered reference architectures spanning ingestion, transformation, BI, and the AI/ML layer (e.g., medallion patterns: Fivetran/Hevo * Snowflake * dbt * Tableau/Power BI + Cortex/AI).
- Build and deliver tailored demos, proofs-of-concept, and technical workshops - on-site and remote - that demonstrate measurable business value.
- Support RFP/RFI responses, proposal development, solution sizing, and pricing inputs in partnership with the BD team.
- Drive Snowflake co-sell motions alongside our alliance partners and contribute to joint go-to-market plays.
- Position PROLIM’s AI-readiness framework and Cortex-based solutions as differentiators, especially within FSI.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to client stakeholders, from data engineers to CDOs and CTOs.
- Capture field feedback to refine reusable assets, accelerators, and demo environments.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Workshop facilitation?, * 4+ years in solution engineering, presales, data engineering, or data architecture, with meaningful hands-on Snowflake experience.

- Proficiency in SQL and modern data modeling; familiarity with ELT tooling and transformation frameworks (e.g., dbt).
- Experience designing end-to-end data architectures across ingestion, storage, transformation, and BI.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills - able to present credibly to both technical and executive audiences.
- Customer-facing presence with a consultative, value-selling mindset.
- Willingness to travel for customer workshops and engagements across the U.S. as needed.
Nice to Have (Preferred)
- SnowPro Core and/or SnowPro Advanced certification.
- Hands-on experience with Fivetran or Hevo, dbt, and Tableau or Power BI.

- Experience with SAP-to-Snowflake data integration patterns.
- Background working within a systems integrator or partner/co-sell environment.
