In the role of the HR Program Manager for our enterprise HCM and employee benefits, you will be critical in providing positive full-service support in the areas of employee benefits, the HCM aspects of the Workday Tenant, enabling our end-users (employee and leadership alike) to effectively utilize the Workday system. Your knowledge of HR-Related regulatory compliance will ensure your capable management of the end-to-end management of federal, state, and local leave programs, executing rigorous case tracking for FMLA, ADA, disability, and workerâs compensation, as well as being primary point-of-contact for all employee benefits internally, with all employees, and externally, with benefit providers.
Requirements
To serve effectively in the role, you will have high emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate high-pressure employee dynamics with exceptional confidentiality and empathy as well as a deep understanding of workplace investigation protocols, employee relations dispute-resolution methodologies, and objective fact-finding practices. Your direct experience will show a track-record of mastery of modern total rewards administration, retirement plans (401k), and regulatory laws including FMLA, ADA, COBRA, ERISA, and ACA. along with an understanding of HCM/HRIS system architecture, system business process design and mapping.
Important knowledge skills and abilities to be successful in this role, include in-depth knowledge of HR related regulations (local, state, federal), as well as excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills; solid human relations skills; strong time management and prioritization capabilities and the ability to collaborate with others at all levels with the drive to take care of both operational accountabilities and people responsibilities in the best manner possible.
Minimum qualifications include an earned bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; directly related experience considered in lieu of degree; Masterâs degree preferred. 3 to 5 years of directly related experience with an enterprise/organizational HCM/HRIS system, Benefits Specialist, Employee Relations Generalist, or HR Program Manager required. Experience conducting workplace investigations preferred.
