Principal Software Engineer

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and develop comprehensive system solutions aligned with business goals.
• Develop and maintain core functionality; ensure high performance, scalability, and security.
• Mentor and guide the engineering team on coding standards, domain driven design, testing strategies, and cloud architecture.
• Maintain a focus on system stability & security through code reviews, automated testing & system monitoring.

Do you have experience in Software development tech lead?, * Extensive experience in software architecture design for enterprise applications with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects from conception to deployment.

• Deep understanding of DDD, data modeling, unit testing and best practices.
• hands-on experience with cloud architecture patterns such as microservices and serverless computing.
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript (including frameworks like React).
• Strong knowledge of databases including MySQL & Microsoft SQL Server; experience with Redis is highly desirable.
• Expertise in API development using RESTful APIs or SOAP; understanding of web services integration across diverse platforms.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies; ability to lead requirements gathering sessions and manage complex project timelines effectively.
