Lead DevOps Engineer

• You’‘ll be responsible for developing and leading the implementation of a unified enterprise pipeline framework using industry-standard tools.
• This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to drive technology adoption across the organization., * Design and implement a scalable pipeline framework using industry-standard tools.
• Lead a team to build and maintain a robust platform supporting multiple concurrent jobs.
• Assess and recommend emerging technologies to enhance CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategy and promote a DevOps culture.
• Define and enforce governance, security, and compliance standards across the pipeline ecosystem.

• Strong background in CI/CD tools with 3 years of team leadership experience.
• Solid coding skills and proficiency in version control systems.
• Experience with cloud providers and Infrastructure as Code principles.
• Knowledge of automating infrastructure deployment and network technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
• Strong, hands-on Jenkins expertise, as the organization is actively transitioning to this platform.
