Job description

10+ years of experience in IT Applications Management, Enterprise Systems Administration, and Business Application Support, preferably within BioTech, Pharma, Life Sciences, Medical Devices, or Healthcare industries.
Serve as the primary system manager and administrator for enterprise applications including NetSuite, Coupa, Concur, Celigo, DocuSign, and other business-critical SaaS platforms.
Lead application configuration, administration, user provisioning, access management, system optimization, and first-line support activities.
Develop, maintain, and support integrations, automation workflows, scripts, and data exchange processes across enterprise systems.
Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Accounting, and Business Operations teams to gather requirements, streamline workflows, and deliver scalable technology solutions.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, process flows, use cases, and solution designs aligned with organizational objectives.
Provide advanced troubleshooting, incident management, and escalation support while ensuring timely resolution of complex application and integration issues.
Lead system testing activities including test planning, UAT coordination, validation, change management, impact assessments, and production deployments.
Ensure compliance with GxP, SOX, data governance, security, audit, and regulatory requirements across all supported applications and integrations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, technology roadmap planning, stakeholder engagement, KPI tracking, and business process optimization while providing technical leadership and mentoring team members.

Requirements

Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience supporting regulated environments (GxP, SOX).
Strong expertise with NetSuite, Coupa, Concur, Celigo, DocuSign, and SaaS application ecosystems.
Experience in requirements gathering, process modeling, stakeholder management, and business analysis.
Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
