Job description
Quanta Services Management Partnership, LP requires an EAI Developer in Houston, Texas to design and develop Boomi integration solutions supporting Quanta’s strategic initiatives across multiple concurrent projects in CI/CD and Agile environments.
What You’ll Do
Responsible for designing, developing and implementing integration solutions that support the Strategic Initiatives of Quanta Services. Coordinate work on multiple concurrent projects. Interpret requirements to develop Boomi services/integrations in Cl/CD and Agile process. Contribute to Applications Development and QA teams to establish best practices implementation of methodologies and toolsets. Oversee the development and maintenance of technical and process documentation. Responsible for working with Architects, Developers, Project Managers and other Boomi Developers on various assignments. Work closely with end-users, functional leads and Project Managers to understand the integration requirements. Communicate with end-users and managers on progress of projects, issues resolution and makes sure that all are aware of updates and changes being made to the software. Test applications software to assure accuracy, integrity and completeness, to achieve desired results. Recognize processing and programming inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Analyze programs or systems to determine the root cause and resolution of problems to prevent recurrence by altering incorrect files, modifying existing code and by writing and running special programs. Document design specifications, troubleshooting and testing. Actively involved with requirement understanding and analysis. Adhere to internal standards, policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field plus three (3) years of experience in a related occupation working with the following: implementing service-oriented architecture and enterprise application integration using technologies like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, WebMethods, or TIBCO; and designing solutions for high volume transactional orders, including experience in design and development of B2B applications and transmission or distribution line construction experience.
