Job description

  • Application development, bug fixes, enhancements, and L3 production support.
  • Work closely with IT and business users.
  • Conduct Problem Management and Incident Management.
  • Demonstrate continuous improvement.

Requirements

C#, .NET Framework 4.8, .NET 6 (Standard), ASP .NET, Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF), MVVM, IIS, SQL Server, LINQ, and Web API., ServiceNow, Jira, Bitbucket, Visual Studio, Bamboo, Git., * Minimum 12 years of experience in full-stack development of web-based, n-tier applications, and L3 product support.

  • Experience in using/setup up Monitoring and log capturing tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, etc.
  • Working experience in Agile, DevOps, and an Onshore/Offshore model.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business users.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Working knowledge in the Cloud is a plus.
