Job description
SUMMARY: Provide Insider Threat support to a government agency at Fort Belvoir VA., * Identify and report indicators of insider threat events
- Use tools to analyze network traffic, system log files, User Activity Monitoring (UAM) data, and other artifacts to determine potential risk indicators, insider threat activities, and/or policy violations
- Demonstrate knowledge of Security, Counterintelligence, and Information Assurance / Cyber Security principals
- Interview walk-in sources
- Demonstrate good communication skills (oral and written)
- Produce timely written recommendations and assessments
- Conduct briefings and debriefings
- Perform other duties, as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Strong briefing skills / ability to present to small and large audiences
- Five (5) years of experience working with a Federal Government organization
- The National Insider Threat Task Force Insider Threat Hub Operations Course (have taken or within 6 months of hire)
- Insider Threat Analyst Course (have taken or within 6 months of hire)
- Certified Counter Insider Threat Professional - Fundamentals, Analyst
- MUST have TS/SCI clearance/required
Benefits & conditions
- Salary Range - $110,000,000 to $135,000
- Clearance - A successful candidate must have an active “TS/SCI” clearance to be considered.
- Location - On-Site at Fort Belvoir - This is not a remote position and we are the Prime
