Job description

Responsible for providing customer support for critical Enterprise tools such as Hashicorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager etc.
Provide on-call support on a periodic basis and participate in troubleshooting session with application teams.
Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions and strategies
Continually defines ways to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships

Requirements

Must Have Qualifications: 2+ years of General Cloud experience, Scripting, and HashiCorp Vault., * 2-5 years’ experience in cloud SRE activities, such as capacity management, monitoring, core services integrations for AWS.

Hands-on and demonstrable experience with AWS management tools - AWS Config, Cloudtrail, Cloudwatch, Systems Manager, CloudFormation.
Experience with scripting tools to automate routine operation tasks.
Experience in championing change and effectively managing project/program implementation
Documentation of Engineering Solutions and Designs

Preferred Skills

Experience with scripting languages - javascript, perl, python, shell scripting
General understanding of key IT components - LDAP, Networking, firewall, load balancing, Federated Identity
Exposure to varied operating systems - UNIX, Linux, Windows
Articulates technical concepts using easily understandable business language
