IT Installation Technician

Sedona Technologies is seeking IT Field Technicians in the New Braunfels, TX area to provide hardware rollout equipment services for a large Fortune 500 company technicians will travel to multiple insurance agents’ offices to provide hardware and software installation services for a contract lasting approximately 4 months .

Installers are guaranteed a minimum of 30 hours per week Monday-Friday if available each work day. All business mileage is reimbursed. An additional bonus for completion of the project is available., Candidates should have

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Software installation?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, * Ability to read and follow training manual

• A basic understanding of networking and must have standard workstation installation skills
• Windows OS (Win7/Win10/Win11) knowledge
• Knowledge in replacing laptops, docking stations, and network printers is preferred.
• Associate’s degree in computer science or related field and/or CompTIA A+ or Google IT Support Professional Certificate or equivalent is preferred
• Able to lift and move oversized boxes weighing up to 65 lbs.; some on multiple levels
• Excellent customer service skills - each installer will visit between 6-10 customer locations per week
• Excellent communication skills - each installer will need to contact the customer location via phone and work directly with the administrative team on site at the customer headquarters as well as Sedona Technologies
