Data & Reporting Analyst

• Extensive experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, performing logical design activities, and effectively communicating complex business and technical concepts both verbally and in writing.
• Proven experience designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards, visualizations, and data sets to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
• Strong experience creating and modifying IBM Cognos Framework Manager models, packages, and reports using Cognos reporting tools.
• Extensive experience utilizing SQL for data analysis and reporting, including complex joins, query optimization, calculated fields, and conditional formatting.
• Demonstrated experience testing reports and analytics solutions, troubleshooting issues, resolving complex data challenges, and presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Experience working within social services, human services, public sector, or related business environments. * Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
