Behind that mission is a lean four person tech team running on modern systems like NetSuite, BigCommerce, and automation tools like n8n, and they are looking for someone with a true systems first mindset to grow into a key role on that team.

This is not a sit back and wait for instructions kind of job. You would start by owning data integrity across the tech stack, learning how every platform talks to each other, then grow into building automations and AI driven workflows that make the whole operation faster and smarter. Salary range is 65k to 80k depending on experience.
