Software Production Support Engineer

Software Production Support Engineer is needed to perform the following duties: Production Incident Management - Analyze, diagnose, and resolve mission-critical production incidents across multi-tier distributed application architectures using Splunk, Datadog, and Dynatrace, ensuring system availability within strict SLA commitments. Application Development & Support Tooling - Design, develop, and deploy internal production support microservices and automation tools using Java, Spring Boot, Python, and REST APIs to enable faster incident detection and automated remediation workflows. Database Administration & Troubleshooting - Administer and optimize enterprise-grade databases including Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server by writing complex SQL queries, analyzing execution plans, and executing emergency data remediation scripts in live production environments. CI/CD Pipeline & Deployment Management - Develop and maintain CI/CD pipeline integrations using Jenkins, Git, Docker

Do you have experience in Tooling?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, and Kubernetes to validate production deployments, enforce release quality gates, and implement rollback strategies that protect production stability. Monitoring, Automation & Observability - Design and implement automated monitoring frameworks, custom dashboards, and intelligent alerting mechanisms using Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, Python, and Bash to proactively detect anomalies and reduce MTTR across AWS and Azure cloud platforms. Bachelor’s Degree is required in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
