Job description

We are looking for an experienced iOS Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-performance native mobile applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with architects, product owners, and scrum teams to deliver scalable, high-quality mobile solutions while mentoring engineers and driving best practices., * Partner with architects to implement high-performance iOS applications

  • Lead system analysis, design, development, and implementation of native mobile apps
  • Translate user stories into technical design, code, and test artifacts
  • Mentor team members on platform usage, performance optimization, and best practices
  • Research and adopt modern software development techniques to improve quality and velocity
  • Collaborate with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to balance business value and technical debt
  • Ensure code quality through design, code, and test reviews
  • Support deployments across development, test, and production environments
  • Provide post-production support, documentation, and change management
  • Contribute to a highly collaborative and inclusive team environment

Requirements

Do you have experience in iOS?, * Strong experience in native iOS application development

  • Proficiency in Swift / Objective-C (JavaScript knowledge is a plus)
  • Solid understanding of OOP, data structures, algorithms, dependency injection, and testable code
  • Experience working with Scrum / Agile teams
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Experience delivering large, cross-team projects
  • Exposure to cloud platforms, microservices, and mobile/web frameworks

Preferred Skills

  • Latest iOS SDK & Xcode
  • Swift 5
  • CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Fastlane)
  • Version control using Git / GitHub
  • Monitoring & logging tools: Honeycomb, Splunk
