Job description

  • Design and build high-performance software platforms and services for IT, OT, and cybersecurity environments
  • Develop AI-native capabilities for visibility, automation, analysis, orchestration, and operational intelligence across enterprise and industrial ecosystems
  • Build scalable backend systems, distributed services, data pipelines, and real-time processing frameworks
  • Work on technologies involving network discovery, protocol analysis, telemetry, asset intelligence, and security analytics
  • Integrate foundational LLM and machine learning technologies into operational and engineering workflows
  • Drive adoption of modern AI engineering methodologies and AI-assisted software development practices across the engineering

Requirements

Do you have experience in Tooling?, * 10+ years of professional software engineering experience

  • Strong programming expertise in C++, Go, or Rust
  • Proven experience building distributed systems, backend platforms, or infrastructure software at scale
  • Strong understanding of modern software architecture, concurrency, scalability, and systems performance
  • Practical understanding of foundational LLM and Machine Learning concepts and how they apply to production systems
  • Experience working with AI-assisted engineering workflows and modern developer productivity tooling

Preferred / Nice to Have:

  • Experience with network-related technologies, protocols, and enterprise IT or OT environments
  • Experience with cybersecurity analysis tools, frameworks, SIEM, EDR, or threat intelligence systems
  • Cloud-native platforms, Kubernetes ecosystems, streaming systems, or observability frameworks
  • Exposure to vector databases, RAG architectures, or AI inference systems
  • Contributions to open-source projects or developer ecosystems

  • Deep technical curiosity and systems thinking with a pragmatic approach to problem solving
  • Strong ownership mindset and engineering craftsmanship
