Chief of Flight Systems (Technical Lead)

• Lead system-level design of UAV platforms and mission-critical payload integration
• Own reliability engineering for harsh weather and high-altitude operations
• Coordinate hardware/software/flight systems integration
• Define system requirements for autonomous or semi-autonomous mission execution
• Support flight operations with engineering troubleshooting and iterative improvements
• Drive long-term scalability of platform architecture

Do you have experience in Prototypes?, * 8-15+ years in aerospace, UAV systems, robotics, or flight systems engineering

• Strong background in systems engineering and hardware integration
• Experience with autonomous systems, avionics, or mission-critical robotics
• Ability to operate in fast iteration environments (prototype * field deployment cycles)
• Bonus: experience in defense, aerospace startups, or UAV platforms
