Job description
We are seeking an elite Senior / Lead Angular Developer with over 8 years of dedicated frontend and enterprise application development experience. In this role, you will architect, design, and implement high-performance, scalable, and visually stunning web applications. As a technical anchor, you will be responsible for defining frontend architecture, establishing development standards, optimizing application performance, and mentoring junior to mid-level engineers.
If you are a master of reactive programming (RxJS), state management, and modern Angular ecosystems, we want you on our team., * Architecture & Design: Lead the architectural design and modernization of enterprise-scale web applications using Angular (v14 through latest versions).
- Development & Delivery: Write clean, maintainable, production-grade TypeScript and HTML/CSS/SCSS code, owning features from conceptual design through to deployment.
- Performance Optimization: Diagnose and resolve complex performance bottlenecks, optimizing lazy loading, change detection strategies, bundle sizes, and rendering times.
- State Management & Architecture: Implement robust, clean state management patterns (e.g., NgRx, Akita, or Signals) to manage complex data flows across multi-module applications.
- CI/CD & DevOps Integration: Collaborate with DevOps teams to design, build, and optimize frontend build pipelines, containerization (Docker), and automated deployment workflows.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Enforce strict code quality metrics by writing comprehensive unit tests (using Jasmine/Karma or Jest) and end-to-end test suites (using Cypress).
- Technical Leadership: Conduct rigorous code reviews, author technical architecture documentation, and mentor team members on Angular best practices and design patterns.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional IT experience in frontend or full-stack software development.
- 5+ years of deep specialization in Angular (building single-page applications, custom libraries, reusable UI components, and micro-frontends).
- Expertise in TypeScript & Modern JavaScript: Deep understanding of ES6+, asynchronous programming, closures, and advanced TypeScript features.
- Reactive Programming Mastery: Advanced proficiency with RxJS, including custom operators, complex stream management, and eliminating memory leaks.
- State Management: Proven experience implementing and maintaining NgRx or other enterprise state management frameworks.
- Modern UI & Styling: Advanced mastery of HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS/SASS, including responsive design principles (Flexbox, Grid) and utility frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Testing Architecture: Strong hands-on experience with frontend testing utilities, specifically Jest, Jasmine, Karma, or Cypress., * Familiarity with Angular Signals and standalone component architectures.
- Experience integrating with backend cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Experience with monorepo management tools like Nx.
- Knowledge of Node.js / NestJS for full-stack JavaScript alignment.
- Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA, Section 508).

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to confidently present technical tradeoffs and architectural decisions to stakeholders and business analysts.
- A collaborative mindset thrives in fast-paced Agile/Scrum delivery environments., * Bachelor’s or Master’’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical industry experience.
