Job description

This role leads the technical execution of test system development, ensuring requirements, milestones, and integration activities are met across multiple programs. The engineer guides multidisciplinary teams to deliver reliable, well integrated test capabilities that support test and tactical software development.

Requirements

Experience leading technical execution across complex engineering programs

Ability to coordinate system requirements and manage changes through formal review processes

Strong communication and leadership skills for guiding cross functional engineering teams

Desired Skills

Experience in test systems, system integration, or hardware/software engineering

Experience supporting program planning, EVM activities, or customer reviews

Ability to analyze project data, identify risks, and drive process or performance improvements
