Job description

Act as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and offshore teams
Gather, understand, and analyze business and technical requirements
Design and oversee MuleSoft-based integration solutions
Coordinate with offshore teams for development, testing, and delivery
Provide technical guidance and ensure best practices are followed
Take ownership of end-to-end delivery and program outcomes
Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular status updates
Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution

Requirements

5+ years of experience in MuleSoft development and integration
Strong experience in API-led connectivity and MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
Proven experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management
Ability to perform requirement analysis and solution design
Strong coordination and communication skills
Experience working with distributed (onsite-offshore) teams
Ownership mindset with strong delivery focus
