Requirements

Proven ability to conceptualize, initiate, and deliver multiple IT projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical strategies to senior management in clear and concise terms.

Relevant technical certifications as required.

Contractor Requirements:

Infrastructure Engineering - Compute, storage, networking, and coding skills (70:30 ratio)
Kubernetes Expertise - Specific proficiency in Red Hat OpenShift
BareMetal installations
K8 networking (CNI Cilium)
Storage (CSI)
Performance testing of OpenShift environments using Helm charts
OpenShift Operator management
Ceph Storage Management - Deployment, upgrades, and integration with Kubernetes for S3-compatible storage
Virtualization & Cloud Migration - Automating VM migrations into OpenStack with KubeVirt and KVM
Performance Optimization - Advanced tuning techniques for OpenStack environments
Cloud-Native Infrastructure - Ensuring high availability and fault tolerance across OpenShift environments
