Job description

· Develop, maintain, and enhance account statements, notices, tax forms, letters, and other financial documents using OpenText Exstream.

· Create and modify document layouts, business rules, data mappings, and output formatting.

· Analyze client requirements and translate them into document solutions.

· Support implementation and onboarding projects for new clients.

· Troubleshoot document generation, formatting, data mapping, and production issues.

· Work closely with Professional Services, Development, Operations, and Client Support teams.

· Perform testing and quality assurance of document applications before deployment.

· Maintain technical documentation and development standards.

· Assist with document modernization and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Do you have experience in XML?, Experience with OpenText Exstream is required. Experience with Quadient Inspire and/or Uluro is a strong plus., · 3+ years of experience developing solutions in OpenText Exstream.

  • Experience creating and maintaining transactional documents such as statements, notices, letters, or tax forms.
  • Strong understanding of document composition, variable data processing, and data mapping.
  • Experience working with XML, text files, data feeds, and document logic.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., · Experience with Quadient Inspire.
  • Experience with Uluro.
  • Experience in banking, credit union, financial services, or other regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of print production processes and electronic document delivery.
  • Experience with SQL and data analysis tools.
  • Experience supporting client implementations and conversions.
