Job description

The AI Solutions Architect serves as the organization’s internal AI leader, responsible for identifying opportunities where artificial intelligence can improve operations, designing and building intelligent workflows and custom AI agents, and enabling employees across the organization to effectively leverage AI tools in their daily work. This balanced role combines strategic consulting, hands-on technical development, and employee training., * Partner with business units to identify opportunities where AI can improve workflows, reduce manual effort, and drive measurable outcomes.

  • Translate business challenges into practical, AI-driven solutions with clear value and ROI.
  • Design, develop, and deploy custom AI agents, multi-step automation workflows, and intelligent tools for specific business use cases.
  • Integrate AI platforms and tools with existing enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources.
  • Evaluate emerging AI tools and platforms and provide data-driven recommendations for adoption.
  • Lead AI pilot programs from scoping through implementation and post-launch support.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and documentation on AI tool usage and best practices.
  • Create clear, accessible guidance on prompt design, responsible AI use, and AI safety for all skill levels.
  • Build and maintain reusable AI components and frameworks that teams can adopt independently.
  • Maintain awareness of AI governance, data privacy, and compliance considerations and apply them to all implementations.
  • Serve as a trusted internal advisor and subject matter expert on AI capabilities, limitations, and evolving trends.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Computer science?, * Accountability - Accepts responsibility and accounts for his/her actions and the outcomes of AI implementations.

  • Communication - Effectively communicates complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, written and verbally.

  • Initiative - Demonstrates resourcefulness and independence in identifying AI opportunities and driving solutions to completion.
  • Job Knowledge - Exhibits practical and technical knowledge of large language models, AI workflows, automation platforms, and relevant APIs.
  • Judgment - Ability to evaluate AI tools and approaches objectively and formulate sound recommendations based on available information.
  • Project Management - Manages and measures multiple AI initiatives simultaneously; identifies risks and plans for contingencies.
  • Relationship Management - Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with stakeholders across all departments.
  • Reliability - Consistently meets deadlines, follows through on commitments, and manages time effectively.
  • Systematic Thinking - Takes an organized, logical approach to workflow design and problem-solving; applies learning to new AI use cases.
  • Technical Aptitude - Ability to quickly learn and apply new AI tools, platforms, and development patterns.
  • Working Under Pressure - Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality results under deadline pressure., Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience: 3-5+ years of relevant experience in AI implementation, automation engineering, or a closely related technical role.

Technical Skills: Hands-on experience building AI workflows, automations, or agents using tools such as LangChain, OpenAI API, or similar frameworks.
