Job description
The Compliance Associate supports mPulse, Inc.âs compliance program by assisting with documentation, evidence collection, policy administration, audit preparation, and routine compliance monitoring activities. This individual contributor role works under the guidance of more senior team members to help maintain compliance with regulatory, contractual, and industry requirements, while gaining hands-on experience in healthcare compliance, information security frameworks, and internal control processes., * Assist with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks in support of the compliance program.
- Collect, organize, and maintain compliance documentation, evidence files, and audit support materials.
- Support policy and procedure updates by tracking revisions, formatting documents, and helping distribute communications.
- Assist with readiness activities for audits, assessments, certifications, and customer questionnaires.
- Help track open action items, remediation tasks, and follow-up requests to support timely completion.
- Support routine monitoring activities, including spreadsheet tracking, evidence review, and status updates.
- Assist with vendor due diligence, security questionnaires, and third-party documentation reviews under supervision.
- Prepare draft reports, meeting notes, and summaries for internal compliance activities.
- Participate in compliance training, team meetings, and learning opportunities to build knowledge of applicable regulations and frameworks.
- Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders when requesting documentation or following up on assigned tasks.
- Perform other compliance support duties as assigned.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Word embeddings?, Do you have a Bachelorâs degree?, * Basic understanding of compliance, audit, privacy, risk, or information security concepts is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to organize documents, tasks, and records accurately.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with a professional and collaborative approach.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, follow instructions, and meet deadlines in a structured environment.
- Comfort working with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn healthcare compliance requirements, security frameworks, and internal processes., * Bachelorâs degree in business, healthcare administration, information security, law, or a related field preferred.
- Internship, academic coursework, or prior administrative experience in compliance, audit, healthcare, security, or a regulated environment is a plus.
- Experience with document management, reporting, or spreadsheet tracking is preferred.
- Relevant entry-level certifications or training are a plus but not required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and sit for extended period of time.
- Ability to lift 10 lbs. weight.
