ETL Developer (TS/SCI

Aperio Global is seeking an ETL Developer to support for a geospatial visualization platform. As the developer, you will monitor and maintain the flow of data into the customer’s PostgreSQL database in addition to developing custom ETL solutions.

Active/current TS/SCI with polygraph is required to be considered for this role.

Technical Requirements: Programmatically manipulating data Ensuring seamless data integration with all aspects of the application Working with Apache NiFi to develop new ETL flows Using PostgreSQL for data management Using SQL to query large datasets Using APIs to retrieve data from various sources Having knowledge of ETL concepts and best practices Working with geospatial data Working closely with team members to gather data requirements

Senior Labor Category: Minimum 8 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree; 7 years of experience with a Master’s degree; or 6 years of experience with a Doctorate Active/current TS/SCI with required polygraph Willingness to work onsite full time in Mclean Virginia. ship required Degree in technical fields such as Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Geography etc. Experience using PostgreSQL for data management Knowledge using APIs to retrieve data from various sources Experience using SQL to query large datasets Experience with programmatic data manipulation

Desired Skills: Experience using AWS cloud services to efficiently gather and service data Knowledge of ETL concepts and best practices Experience using Apache NiFi Familiarity with python data manipulation Familiarity with Intelligence Community data Familiarity with geospatial tools and applications Experience supporting enterprise applications data holdings
