Requirements

Role Type: Technical (80%) with Functional understanding of Sales Compensation (20%) Must-Have Skills

  • Strong experience with SAP Crystal Reports (mandatory).
  • Experience with SAP Commissions (Callidus).
  • Advanced report development: formulas, subreports, parameters, conditional formatting, and complex calculations.
  • Strong SQL and query optimization skills.
  • Experience developing commission statements, payout reports, audit reports, and dashboards.
  • Knowledge of SAP Commissions data models: transactions, crediting, pipelines, and payments.

Preferred

  • Experience with Finance, Payroll, or SAP BW integrations.
  • Exposure to UAT and business stakeholder interactions.
