IT Program Manager - Content Discovery

• Lead one or more highly complex, enterprise-wide IT programs consisting of multiple related projects.
• Build and maintain program strategy, supporting business case, and high-level program/project plans.
• Ensure integration across projects, adjusting scope, timing, and budgets as business needs evolve.
• Deliver all initiatives in the program/portfolio on time, within budget, and aligned to strategic and business requirements.
• Provide direction to Project Managers by tracking key milestones and recommending adjustments as needed.
• Communicate program direction, strategy, and changes to IT leadership, business leadership, and IT business partners/consultants.
• Partner with senior business leadership to identify and prioritize opportunities where IT can enable enterprise goals.

Do you have experience in Technology management?, * Proven experience managing enterprise IT programs spanning multiple projects and stakeholders.

• Experience supporting customer-facing software delivery initiatives (especially related to content discovery or similar product/program domains).
