Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join a high-performing team supporting enterprise customer engagement and business operations platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both automation and manual testing, along with experience in CI/CD environments and Agile development methodologies., * Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.

• Build and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium and Playwright.
• Perform functional, regression, UI, API, and manual testing.
• Develop and support Continuous Integration (CI/CD) testing processes.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams.
• Review and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify, track, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects.
• Perform database validation using SQL queries.
• Contribute to quality assurance best practices and process improvements.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience as an SDET/QA Automation Engineer.

• Manual Testing
• Web Application Testing
• CI/CD Processes

Experience with:

• Azure DevOps (ADO)
• JIRA
• RCLM

• Defect Tracking & Test Management Tools

• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Performance Testing using JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar tools.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale customer engagement applications.
• Strong understanding of software quality engineering best practices.
