Job description

As an Automation Systems Engineer, you will serve as a technical expert responsible for the deployment, optimization, and maintenance of complex industrial control environments. You will drive project success by applying your expertise in PLC programming and network architecture to ensure peak operational performance and client satisfaction across diverse manufacturing sectors. Responsibilities

  • Lead the full project lifecycle for automation systems, including initial needs assessment, scheduling, and technical reporting.
  • Execute the installation, startup, and troubleshooting of advanced drive systems, industrial networks, and automation software.
  • Validate system operational quality and serve as the primary technical liaison for client stakeholders.
  • Achieve high-impact customer satisfaction outcomes by proactively resolving technical bottlenecks.
  • Author comprehensive technical documentation, including standard operating procedures, validation plans, and system audit reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing applications.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Validation design?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant technical field.

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for on-site project support.
  • Valid driver’s license., * 2+ years of experience in industrial automation within sectors like Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, or Water/Wastewater.
  • Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting using industry-standard software suites (e.g., Studio5000, ControlLogix, FactoryTalk).
  • Hands-on experience with PowerFlex drives, motion control, and Ethernet/IP network configurations.
  • Strong background in writing technical specifications and qualification summary reports.
