Job description

As a Technical Service Specialist, you’ll provide technical support to field engineers, technicians, engineering, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systems. We’ll rely on you to respond to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software. You’ll also report design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering.What you’ll experience:

Requirements

Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related specialized area is required, or equivalent combination of relevant work experience is required.   • Ability to use communication, interpersonal, technical project management, time management, and technical skills and abilities to achieve customer, organization, and company goals
