Job description

Important Skill-Set, Technologies, Certifications, and Methodologies: Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), XSLT 3.0, Core Connector, Workday Financials, PECI, PICOF, SSK, Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll (CCTPP), Integration Core, and Workday APIs., About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Workday Integration Consultant with over 14 years of professional experience to lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex integrations. This role focuses on bridging Workday Financials and Human Capital Management (HCM) with external vendor systems, ensuring seamless data flow across Finance, Accounting, Payroll, and Legal departments., * Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.

  • Develop complex XSLT 3.0 transformations and maintain Workday Dashboards, apps, and custom reports.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve critical integration failures and performance bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and execute Data and Analytics strategies for HR and Finance.
  • Contribute functional expertise to the product team to implement new features and automated workflows.
  • Build delivery collateral and participate in knowledge capture sessions to improve team efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of dedicated experience in Workday Integrations (APIs, EIBs, PECI, PICOF).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience specifically in Workday Financials implementation and integration.
  • Minimum 3 years in a Lead Role managing large-scale integration projects.
  • Expertise in Core Connector for Worker, Procure-to-Pay, and Accounting modules.
  • Strong proficiency in Workday Studio and Advanced Report writing.

Desirable Skills:

  • Workday Certifications in Integration Core, CCTPP, or Workday Studio.
  • Sound functional understanding of multiple Workday modules (Finance/HCM).
  • Proven ability to prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
