Solutions Architect

The Solutions Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and leading technical initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, as well as the ability to work closely with other team members to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Our tech: Python, PHP, Node.js, MySQL, React, MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ, GCP, and a ton of AWS services like SQS, SNS, S3, Lambda, Fargate, Cognito, RDS, ElasticSearch, and more.

How You’ll Contribute…

• Technical: Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.

• System Design: Design and architect scalable, resilient, and maintainable software systems that meet the evolving needs of our marketplace.

• AI Integration: Leverage AI to optimize our internal workflows and accelerate our workforce.
• Machine Learning models development for tasks such as marketplace optimization, fraud detection, and call center operations.
• Cloud Architecture: Design and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS, utilizing cloud-based services and best practices.
• Integration with Twilio: Integrate Twilio’s communication APIs into our platform to enable seamless customer interactions.
• Technology Stack: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the software development landscape., At Centerfield, we use AI tools internally to support efficiency and fairness in our hiring process, including resume screening and administrative tasks.

Do you have experience in System design?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in software development
• Strong proficiency in Python and related frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their application to software development.
• Proven ability to design and architect scalable, distributed systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with complex distributed systems.

Bonus Points…

• Experience working in an insurance marketplace or related field.

• Familiarity with Twilio’s communication products.
• Contributions to open-source projects or communities.
